Apple Salsa

I made Apple Salsa for our Holiday Party this year and it was a huge hit! It’s allergy/vegetarian/vegan friendly and if you don’t like it spicy you can just leave out the jalapeño. It’s a great “fresh” and healthy option amidst a table full of heavy foods and it is EASY to make. Try it. You’ll love it!

Recipe Notes

Tart apples work best with the other flavors (Granny Smith or Pink Ladies). This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored, covered, in the refrigerator. The lime juice keeps the apples from becoming discolored.
